Chemo drugs are low, patients at risk

A nationwide shortage of some chemotherapy drugs is putting patients at risk. That’s the word from doctors across the country – including a world renown breast cancer specialist at IU Simon Cancer Center. Dr. George Sledge is very concerned about the shortage of drugs like Paclitaxil, a drug used to treat breast, lung and ovarian cancer.
